Television Shows With ESPN And Outdoor Life NetworkIn March 2001, Trevor Gowdy, host of ESPN2's "Out There" brought renowned fly fisher Stu Apte to visit us and make several TV shows. Visiting Guatemala for the first time, both were amazed at how many sailfish we have. "I've never seen so many sailfish before!", remarked Stu who remains the sailfish world record holder on 12 lb tippet. For four days their boat raised an average of 30-50 sailfish daily and both fished to exhaustion.
